Property Access

  • Guests do not have access to the locked off portion of the Sportsman's Lodge, the Fitness Center, or the Wine & Cigar Bar. These are for member use only.

Policies and Rules

  • No smoking allowed.
  • No events allowed.
  • Minimum age: 25 years.
  • Children allowed.
  • No parties or gatherings above the posted occupancy allowed. Keep outside noise respectable.
  • Do not leave food or trash outside as it could attract animals.

  • Guests are responsible for supplying their own recreational equipment (basketballs, soccer balls, tennis equipment, etc.)

Pets

  • This home allows up to 2 mature, crate-trained dogs with an additional pet rent of $25 per pet per night plus tax.

Fees and Payments

  • Firewood for the outdoor firepit may be purchased with a week's notice. You receive two wrapped, kiln-dried bundles and a fire starter for $25 plus tax.
  • All stays at Eagles Nest homes have an additional amenity fee in order to maintain the luxurious facilities and features in the development.
  • Eagles Nest Winery day passes are available onsite for $25.00 each. HOURS: Thur & Fri 4pm-10pm. Sat & Sun 1pm-7pm. Please note all visitors on premise must be 16 years or older. This is strictly enforced.
  • The summer concerts are open to all guests; however, there is an admission fee for each person and a cash bar for food and drinks.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • All Eagles Nest homes have internet, but some areas of travel may not have cell reception.
  • All linens and towels provided for your stay.
  • Property includes high-speed internet, towels, bed linens, climate control, cooking basics, dishwasher, toaster, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, stove, oven, balcony, free parking, hot tub, and kitchen basics (basic dishes & silverware, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator).

Parking and Vehicle Requirements

  • 4WD/AWD and/or chains recommended during winter. It is your responsibility to come prepared for winter weather. No refunds are given if you are not prepared for winter weather.

Safety and Emergency Information

  • Guest is responsible for any damages caused by intentional (non-accidental) actions.
  • Host is not responsible for items left in the home.

Community Information

  • Eagles Nest is an up and coming community, with construction currently going on in several of its neighborhoods. Construction noises may be heard 7am-7pm Monday through Saturday.

Cancellation Policy

  • Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit. Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit. Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest. All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
